Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of €100 per week is required to confirm booking.

2. This deposit is forfeited on cancellation of booking.

3. The balance of the account is payable four weeks before arrival or by arrangement.

4. Rental charge includes all necessary equipment, bed linen, duvets and television.

5. The total number of people stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded.

6. For long term stays there will be an electricity or energy charge.   This is payable weekly or monthly or by arrangement.

7. Apartments will not be available to guests until after 2- 4.00 p.m. If you are arriving late please phone.

8. Checking out time is 10.00 a.m. on departure morning or by arrangement and left clean.

9. Maximum number of persons allowed: 6 persons per three bedroomed apartment, 4 persons per two bedroomed apartment, 3 persons per one bedroomed apartment.

10. No responsibility will be taken for articles lost on or stolen from the property.

11. The deposit payed for apartment will be kept as a good house-keeping deposit and returned on departure date should the terms and conditions have been complied with.

12. The Person booking undertakes not to do so on their own part, or permit to be done by any other member of the party, anything which may, in the opinion of the management, be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the peace or general comfort of others.
